How I Can Help

I was given advice early in my career to “follow the research” which led me to explore the functional approach to medicine and health. My approach focuses on the prevention and maintaining control over chronic conditions while working to improve them. My goal is to assist individuals in achieving an optimal level of health and wellness throughout their life. As each person is unique, each must be treated individually. I use personalized medicine; not protocols.  My approach to patient care is centered in a holistic approach, using medications, and medical interventions as tools to achieve mutually agreed upon goals, with a strong emphasis on nutrition, lifestyle modification, behavior change, health education, and prevention.
