How I Began and Where I’m Headed
My journey in the field of Health and Wellness began with pursuing a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and wellness from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. With a passion for preventive care and lifestyle medicine, I moved forward completing a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Maryville University, St. Louis, Missouri.
I am Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, a Certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition and also holds certifications in nutritional biochemistry from Metabolic Fitness as well as IV Therapy and Peptide Certifications through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I am actively pursuing a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine.
I enjoy “walking the talk”, being active outdoors, walking her dogs, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Traveling is also one of my passions, and the list of locations to visit is always expanding!
